Oct 16 - Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration recently invited AETHOS' Dr. Jim Houran to present a webinar on applied assessments. The online discussion was held October 8 and was geared towards complementing the Human Resources Management curriculum of Master-level graduate students.
The class of approximately 60 students also sampled AETHOS’ new 20|20xf assessment. The tool uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to quickly measure a person’s degree of having the “x-factor or service gene.” A research report will soon be published that discusses student populations as an untapped pipeline of hospitality talent.
