Nov 18 - The Club Management Association of America, founded in 1927 and by now the largest professional association for managers of membership clubs with 6,800 members throughout the US and internationally, recently invited AETHOS' Matt Peterson to present a webinar on talent, human resources and self development. The online discussion will take place December 3 and is open to associates from country and golf clubs, athletic and military associations, yacht clubs and other members of the CMAA.
In line with the objective of the CMAA to promote relationships between club management professionals and other similar professions, to encourage the education and advancement of members, and to provide the resources needed for efficient and successful club operations, Peterson is scheduled to speak for an hour, shining the light on:
- How best to hire, train and retain staff;
- How best to set oneself apart as an employee and leader;
- How best to drive innovation and creative thinking.
Although the webinar will be invitation-only, interested parties can contact Matt Peterson on [email protected] if they are keen to explore any of the above topics with him.
