Fiona graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her introduction to the executive search industry was an internship with Russell Reynolds Associates in their marketing department. Upon graduation, Fiona spent time working in the non-profit sector, where she honed her skills in community engagement and major donor development. She has joined AETHOS Consulting Group™ as an Associate and is looking forward to immersing herself in the hospitality industry.
